Opportunity for 10 UK Companies to Show at Key Overseas Events at Much Reduced Cost

Incoming BFA Chairman Julian Vereker, MBE, has announced that the British Federation of Audio is proposing to construct an exhibition stand, which will travel to the USA, China and Germany during 2000. The intention is to provide an opportunity for UK Hi-fi manufacturers to exhibit at international shows which would otherwise have been too costly to contemplate by sharing a prestigious, well constructed BFA Stand.

The Shows include:

• January 2000: CES, Las Vegas, USA.
• April 2000: Audio & Video Show, Shanghai, China.
• June 2000: High-End Show, Frankfurt, Germany.

Six to ten UK companies are required to participate in all three exhibitions and all UK industry manufacturers are eligible to apply. The BFA will provide the Stand (between 60 and 100 square metres) giving a 10 - 12 square metre area for each participating exhibitor. The BFA will co-ordinate the exhibitions and will also promote the event on its web-site and in the relevant Show Guides.
