Through its affiliation with INTELLECT, the BFA has secured a further benefit for its Members - a special Business Support Helpline. INTELLECT has engaged IRPC, a Croner subsidiary, to provide a Business Support Helpline service which will give expert advice, from by a panel of experienced practitioners on subjects such as:

• Employment Law
• Health & Safety
• Tax, VAT, Payroll and NICs
• Landlord & Tenant Law
• Contract Law
• Copyright and Patents
• Debt Recovery

To access the system BFA Members can now call a special helpline number (open between 0800 and 1800 hrs), and quote the scheme membership number. All BFA Members are Affiliate Members of INTELLECT through membership of the BFA.

This new benefit adds to the impressive list of reasons why companies engaged in the audio-video/consumer electronics industry should join the BFA.
