The BFA has once again secured sponsorship with UK Trade and Investment for financial support to the upcoming High End Show at Munich, Germany from 5th to 8th May 2005. The grant is available to all complying UK audio SME exporters (including non-BFA members) for an exhibition stand or exhibition room.

The size of the grant available has been confirmed as 50% of the cost of the exhibition stand or exhibition room, up to a grant maximum of between £2000 & £2500.

There are no additional allowances for air flights, accommodation or meals and companies must meet these costs themselves. Properly receipted freight costs are allowable within the maximum grant except where product is for sale or is not being returned. All funding applications will be administered by the BFA who are pleased to offer these additional services:

• a BFA representative at the HES to help with any problems
• a BFA supported PR package to cover the event
• a BFA fact-pack for new exhibitors, going to Munich for the first time
• advice on airfares and accommodation
• BFA press releases on the event

To pay for these services the BFA will be charging a £350 (incl VAT) management fee (taken from the BTI grant) for non-BFA members. The fee for BFA members in the group participating will be borne by the Federation.
